Our company has been producing Prosciutto di Parma PDO for over sixty years, the result of a long and patient process that leads to a product that is essential in its naturalness, without preservatives or additives.

Only pork legs from pigs born, raised, and slaughtered in eleven Italian regions, carefully selected and enriched with salt in just the right proportion to allow for completely natural preservation and guarantee the characteristic sweetness of our product. Then long months of aging in our cellars, using natural ventilation as much as possible.

Each leg is traceable because it contains information about who carried out the various stages of processing, right up to the characteristic branding with the ducal crown. Recently, our product offering was enlarged to welcome a new item, the “culatta”. It originates from the noblest part of the thighs, smaller than the one leading to prosciuttos. Obviously obtained from Italian swine only, it is characterized by regular slices which makes it very practical and ready-to-consume.
